As a mother, I wanted to devote as much time as I can to my son, but my day job allowed me no flexibility in my working hours. Although I loved being a language teacher, I decided to leave my employment and launch a new career as a freelance interpreter. I brought value to Japanese and Vietnamese businesses by enabling them to communicate while having more time for my family. I worked less, earned more and had more free time. I started Multilingual with the hope that I can enable other interpreters to have more time and better income while bringing value to foreign and local businesses.

As more and more businesses are looking at machines and AI doing the translation but they will never deliver the human understanding and emotions.
